Claims and returns policy
Returns will not be accepted unless there is a shortage, damage or incorrect merchandise
caused by HIGH TROLLING.
Claims for shortages, damage, or incorrect merchandise caused by HIGH TROLLING must be
made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
PRODUCTS must be inspected before use. Customers are responsible for verifying its
condition, color, sizes, quality.
Under NO circumstances are we responsible for the return of incorrectly ordered products,
regardless of the reason.
Returns are not accepted without a return authorization (RMA) number and must be returned to
our address no more than 5 days after receipt.
Defective products must have a photo taken of the defect before returning it.
All refused COD shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
Absolutely no cash refunds.
